(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Act or prevailing laws, the decision made by any court, body or official in the matter shall be final and such decision shall be accepted by all concerned parties.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act or prevailing laws, a case once decided by a court, body or official cannot be re-taken by the same court, body or official, or any amendment can be made in the judgment or order to cause a difference in justice.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the ordinary course of action in the writing or printing of the judgment or order.
